  Mindy's a great server!
  
  This girl is a gem.  Do your best to get her as your server.
  
  A group of seven ladies were here on last Saturday at 11:30.  No one complained about food...always a good sign.
  
  All in all, except for being pricey for lunch, it was a good experience.

  Our waitress, Melissa, was a delight. She was very personable and active in assuring the table was taken care of.

  Don't go this this Applebee's. They are rude! They are disrespectful! They are crooks! They are thrives! And they are above else not worth you time and money!!!
  
  The food was terrible and the service was horrendous!!!! First of all I found a hair in my soup. Disgusting AND Unsanitary!!!! We called our server back to tell her and she second guesses us. Did they not learn the customer is always right. She then said, "Oh, I had a hard time finding the hair." And then proceeds to bring out a second soup that was not hot or fresh, cheese was still cold and the soup was lukewarm. Later after our meal the manger comes to ask how is the food, dismisses is about the hair, and walks away. Then they had the nerve to charge us for both soups. It's not like we asked for the soup to be free, I just wanted a new fresh soup without a hair. Instead they charged me 2 soups, one that had a hair and the other that was older than my drink. But, it's fine with me the server and manger are worth the $5 that is cost for each soup.

  My mother loves Applebee's.   She is a former marine and wanted to go there for Veteran's Day.   My brother and I picked this location because we thought we had a good experience there for her birthday in June.   We were mistaken.   I had a terrible experience at this location a few months back with poor service and food.   We were at the table when I realized this but we decided to stay.   The service again was lousy.  The waitress delivered the food but never filled our drinks...  but this is it my complaint.    The bill was delivered to the table in the amount of $53.56.   See receipt.  We decided to pay using the tabletop device.   We had not touched the device until that moment.   We started the process and the bill jumped to $55.55 and indicated we played a Presto game.   Interesting because we had not touched the device AND if we had played a game  it would have shown on the paper check.   So obviously I elected to pay to the waitress.  She took the slip and my card and returned with a copy to sign for $55.55!!! I questioned her and she said "You played a game".   No ma'am!   She took the charge off. So this leads me to believe that they are slipping a $1.99 self service charge on every table that uses the table top device.  It seems like fraud to me!!   I will never return to this location and will check my bill at every restaurant that uses these machines!!!!

  This is one of my mom's favorite restaurants.  She got the spinach dip which was very cheesy and creamy. She also had the onion soup and really appreciated the hint of wine.  
  
  There was a little bit of a mishap when I ordered my lunch. I ordered the make your own appetizer platter which listed the items that you could choose. It said to order one of the appetizers with any soup or salad from the list that was next to the list of appetizers. When I ordered the green goddess salad I was told that that was not part of the combination. However the manager did agree to give it to me since there was no Indication that it wasn't part of the choices. That being said, the chicken wonton tacos that I ordered were amazing with a really nice crunch and sweetness from the Asian slaw. There was also a little bit of a kick from the sriracha.  I will definitely get them again next time I come here
